We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these terms that is due to fire, flood, earthquake, elements of nature, acts of God, acts of war, terrorism, riots, civil disorders, rebellions, or other similar causes beyond our reasonable control.

Legal Framework and Dispute Resolution
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland and the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts, with Glasgow Sheriff Court having primary jurisdiction for claims under £100,000.
Jurisdictional Hierarchy

- 2 High Court: Court of Session for claims exceeding £100,000
- 3 Consumer Claims: Local jurisdiction where consumer protection applies
Dispute Resolution Procedures
We encourage resolution of disputes through direct communication and good faith negotiation. Should formal dispute resolution become necessary, the following procedures apply to ensure fair and efficient resolution of conflicts.
Step 1: Direct Negotiation
Initial 30-day period for direct communication and attempted resolution through our customer service team.
